Miley Cyrus was seen out in Los Angeles dining with friends at the Bourgeois Pig restaurant with a large tattoo on her forearm. It is not known whether tattoo is permanent, a temporary transfer, or a henna marking that will fade over time. Miley's other tattoos include the word 'Love' on her ear and 'Just Breathe' on her chest. Her parents recently filed for divorce.
